MAKING THE UNCONSCIOUS CONSCIOUS
Our work supports clients in becoming more conscious of the narratives, patterns, and inner dynamics that have shaped their lives. Through depth-oriented psychotherapy, she helps create space for new understanding, meaning-making, and more honest self-expression.
01
HONORING THE WISDOM BENEATH THE SYMPTOMS
We hold reverence for the wisdom of the psyche, integrating Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experience, Imaginal Psychology, Expressive Arts, Attachment Theory, Psychoanalytic, and Narrative therapies. Our approach is trauma-informed, relational, and attentive to both the nervous system and the deeper material seeking expression.
02
PSYCHOTHERAPY AS A CREATIVE ACT OF BECOMING
As both a psychotherapist and practicing artist, Danielle brings a unique perspective to the intersection of creativity and mental health. She works with artists, creative entrepreneurs, couples, men exploring intimacy, families navigating trauma or divorce, young adults, fertility-related experiences, body image, recovery, and those seeking deeper connection with themselves and others.

“I would like to beg of you, dear friend, as well as I can, to have patience with everything that remains unsolved in your heart.Try to love the questions themselves, like locked rooms and like books written in a foreign language. Do not look for the answers. They cannot now be given to you because you could not live them. It is a question of experiencing everything. At present you need to live the question. Perhaps you will gradually, without even noticing it, find yourself experiencing the answer some distant day.”

My role as a psychotherapist is to help people deepen their connection to themselves and find emotional well-being. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC), and an EMDR certified clinician, I believe the most powerful healing happens within the context of a genuine, empathically attuned relationship.
My approach is anchored in psychodynamic and humanistic theoretical approaches, and I am deeply informed by Jungian and Depth Psychotherapy. This means looking beyond surface symptoms to explore the richness and wisdom of your unconscious self—the dreams, symbols, and patterns that hold the key to your story. I will work together with you to understand the forces shaping your life, facilitating a journey toward greater insight and the realization of your unique potential (individuation). Additionally, I incorporate a variety of theories and techniques, always tailoring the work to your unique needs.
I operate from a foundational trauma-informed approach, recognizing that much of what brings us to therapy is the deep residue of past experiences. I strive to cultivate a safe, authentic, nonjudgmental space for individuals of all backgrounds to gently meet and process these hurts.
To support this holistic healing journey, I integrate my extensive training in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and the creative arts to allow you to unlock pathways to deeper self-knowledge and lasting transformation.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your path.

My role as a psychotherapist is to be a steady presence alongside people as they move through the work of growth and truer self-expression. I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are navigating life transitions, and those that see such challenges not as obstacles to be overcome but pathways towards wholeness.
I believe that psyche carries its own intelligence — one that when listened to with care and curiosity knows the way. In our work together, we create conditions for that inner wisdom to emerge.
Trained in Jungian and archetypal approaches, my work draws from somatic attunement, trauma-informed care, and an attentiveness to stories — cultural, familial, and mythological — that shape our sense of self. I weave together modalities including somatic approaches, family systems, person-centered therapy, and depth psychology. For couples work, I am trained in Level One of Relational Life Therapy (RLT) by Terry Real for real and long-lasting change.
In addition to my clinical training, I bring over a decade of somatic movement facilitation, years of community work in early intervention and advocacy for vulnerable women and children, and the entrepreneurial spirit of someone who has built things from the ground up — and learned from every iteration. These experiences lend to my belief that healing is not confined to a single hour or method, and is instead an orientation toward a soulful life.
My path to this work has had its twists and turns. Raised across cultures and having lived and worked in Singapore, Dubai, Las Vegas, Austin, and beyond, I have been in relationship with people across vast walks of life. This breadth has cultivated in me a deep-rooted curiosity about how culture, identity, and lived experience shape the inner world.
I would be honored to accompany you in your unique journey. My approach is anchored in psychodynamic and humanistic theoretical approaches, and I am deeply informed by Jungian and Depth Psychotherapy. People come to therapy for many reasons. A relationship that keeps getting stuck in the same place. Grief that weighs heavily on the heart. A persistent sense of dissatisfaction or a whirlwind of anxiety. Sometimes nothing is “wrong” at all, but there is a sense that more is available to you than what you’re currently living.
I work from a psychodynamic and somatic perspective, shaped heavily by Jungian and archetypal thinking. In practice, that means we won’t stay only with what’s presenting on the surface. We’ll follow the feelings, recurring images, and patterns that continue to show up, paying as much attention to what’s happening in your body as to what you’re able to put into words.
Over time, our work can build insight into what has been shaping your life from the inside out. As your capacity to be present grows and your sense of what is possible widens, there is greater room to become more fully yourself—a process Jung referred to as individuation.
I am particularly interested in the stories and patterns the body carries: those handed down by society, inherited through family and lineage, woven through the mythology of our cultures, and written through our relationships. Each can shape how we understand ourselves and the relationship we have with our own bodies.
My work is trauma-informed and client-led. I tailor my approach to the needs and pace of each person, with compassion and trust in the individual nature of the process. My personal style is warm, encouraging, relationally attuned, and not without humor.
I also believe therapy can be a deeply creative process. We might use art, nature, writing, or imaginal work to give voice to experiences that are difficult to put into words. Together, we’ll make room to tend to old wounds while also working with what is difficult in your life now, exploring both your inner and outer worlds and the living relationship between them.
I come to this work with an enduring interest in what people leave unsaid and a commitment to offering the kind of deep attention that can help someone recognize their own worth more clearly.
