  • I work one-on-one with executives, leaders, and creatives to support their growth and effectiveness by enhancing their relational skills and emotional awareness. We explore how personal values, psychological patterns, and relational dynamics influence choices and interactions. This process helps individuals cultivate self-awareness, make decisions with clarity, and create meaningful contributions for themselves and the collective.

  • For teams and business partners facing conflict or navigating change, I offer conflict resolution and mediation services. Using relational skills and communication techniques, I help colleagues and partners communicate openly, address underlying tensions, and develop strategies for moving forward together.   • My workshops are designed to improve communication and relational skills while also integrating elements of creativity, play, and exploration. By creating opportunities for authentic interaction and creative problem-solving, these workshops enhance both team cohesion and individual well-being.

  • I work specifically with organizations in the artistic and creative fields to highlight the importance of mental health in their programming, company culture, and community engagement. This includes creating strategies to support the well-being of staff and artists, such as developing mental health initiatives, implementing supportive practices, and offering resources for managing stress and performance anxiety. By fostering a culture that prioritizes mental health, these institutions can enhance both their internal environment and their connection with audiences and communities.
