Group Therapy
Healing in Community
Group therapy is a dynamic and transformative space where individuals can understand themselves through more conscious interaction and attunement with others. In these safe spaces we are able to achieve tremendous growth as we explore our attachment patterns, self-beliefs, and find safety through more vulnerable and authentic connection.
Each group I facilitate is designed to provide a pathway for self-discovery, healing, and connection, often utilizing tools of creative expression or mindful inquiry with others as witness to our experience.
Group Offerings

In this group clients explore their inner and outer worlds through creative practices such as writing and art therapy. Integrating a trauma-informed approach using somatic mindfulness and self-expression, clients are encouraged to connect with and process their feelings and experiences. Moving from everyday expectations into the realm of imagination and creativity we access deeper parts of ourselves and experience the accomplishment of art-making. This group is open to artists and non-artists alike.
