Inspired by the acclaimed book, The Artist's Way, this intensive virtual 10-Week course supports creatives in the cultivation of a personal practice and the production of original content toward each individual's artistic goal. Using tools, activities, and exercises we move through blocks and limiting beliefs, while fostering a community of accountability and inspiration. We connect to our intuition, our voice, and the ephemeral energies of the Universe by showing up, week after week, and working towards our goals with compassion and perseverance. 

This workshop integrates the practices of Mindfulness, Sense Memory, Breathwork, The Work, Daily Pages, and Artist Dates, among other things. Each participant is asked to set a personal, creative intention for themselves throughout the process. Supplemental texts and homework will be assigned.
