An Integrative Approach to Growth, Healing, & Transformation
A Psychotherapy Practice grounded in Depth Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experience, Creative Practices, Relational Work, and Trauma-Informed Care for Individuals, Couples, Families, and Groups.
At Intuitive Therapy, we support individuals, couples, families, and groups in engaging deeply with the process of self-discovery, healing, and individuation. Many of the people we work with are creatives, artists, entrepreneurs, leaders, and professionals whose inner lives are complex, driven, and often under sustained pressure. Our clinicians have particular experience supporting anxiety, life transitions, relational dynamics, identity questions, self-esteem, recovery, and responsibility.
Our integrative approach draws on Depth Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Practices, Expressive Arts, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. This multidisciplinary framework creates a reflective and dynamic space to explore the unconscious, reconnect with the authentic self, and work with both creative and emotional material in a grounded, psychologically rigorous way.
Grounded in a trauma-informed orientation, our work supports clients in accessing inner resilience and developing more conscious, sustainable relationships with themselves and others—fostering change that is both profound and enduring.

Therapeutic Modalities & Approaches
Our clinicians draw from multiple depth-oriented and experiential approaches because psychological healing, creative development, and relational change are not linear processes. Rather than applying a single method, we work flexibly and collaboratively, allowing the therapeutic process to emerge in response to each person’s inner life, history, and present circumstances.
-

Jungian Depth Approaches
A profound approach to understanding the human psyche. Grounded in depth psychology and psychodynamic traditions, this work attends to unconscious patterns, inner dynamics, and the symbolic dimensions of experience that shape meaning, identity, and long-term change.
-

Internal Family Systems
Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a modality that helps us reframe the totality of our experience as individual parts which have specific roles in our psychological system. By coming to know these parts we can achieve increased capacity to heal internal conflicts and increase self-awareness.
-

Somatic & Embodied Approaches
Somatic practices support awareness of bodily experience and nervous-system regulation, allowing psychological material to be processed in a paced, embodied, and sustainable way. By attending to the effects of trauma held in the nervous system, this work supports greater internal safety, mind–body integration, and resilience.
-

Expressive & Creative Process
Expressive Arts Therapy is a therapeutic approach that engages various art forms—such as visual arts, music, dance, and drama—to facilitate self-expression and healing. Creative activities can help us process emotions and explore our inner world.
