At Intuitive Therapy, we support individuals, couples, families, and groups in engaging deeply with the process of self-discovery, healing, and individuation. Many of the people we work with are creatives, artists, entrepreneurs, leaders, and professionals whose inner lives are complex, driven, and often under sustained pressure. Our clinicians have particular experience supporting anxiety, life transitions, relational dynamics, identity questions, self-esteem, recovery, and responsibility.

Our integrative approach draws on Depth Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Practices, Expressive Arts, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. This multidisciplinary framework creates a reflective and dynamic space to explore the unconscious, reconnect with the authentic self, and work with both creative and emotional material in a grounded, psychologically rigorous way.

Grounded in a trauma-informed orientation, our work supports clients in accessing inner resilience and developing more conscious, sustainable relationships with themselves and others—fostering change that is both profound and enduring.

“Our job in this life is not to shape ourselves into some ideal we imagine we ought to be, but to find out who we already are and become it.”

Client Feedback

  • “Danielle had a way of helping me see things that I needed to see. Danielle used a perfect balance interventions and in-depth discussions that challenged my belief system. She also helped me fortify my beliefs in loving myself and being patient and kind to myself. ”

  • “I began working with Danielle for the first time when I was at one of the lowest points of my life, and I felt like I was powerless in the face of addiction. I felt like my life was crumbling down on top of me. After I attended Danielle’s groups, I began processing what I was feeling in ways I could never have expected. Danielle didn’t just help me stay sober, she helped me with the complexity of why I was getting sober.”

  • “Danielle is gifted. Thoughtful and razor sharp, she gets to the heart of the matter, both spiritually and functionally in her approach to healing. She is not afraid to dig deep and get uncomfortable - the place from where all good things come!”

  • “Danielle helped remove blocks. I used to be overwhelmed by anxiety when it came to my creative work, always delaying the act. My creative process has expanded in a way that it hasn’t in years and I am lucky I came across her as a guide.”

  • “Working with Danielle has made my life significantly better, I am now much more financially secure, my marital issues have been resolved, and not only do I have one year sober from drinking and drugs, I know why I’m worth a life free from drinking and drugs.”

  • “Danielle accesses places you haven’t gone for a long time or perhaps have never allowed yourself to remember, creating a unique juicy collection through a plethora of tools including guided meditation, visualization, active imagination exercises, and writing prompts. This combination was what I needed to crack my armor and my creative flow feels sprung from its self-imposed exile. The greatest gift I gained was the belief that my personal life experience is enough to inspire others to feel and think.”

  • “Besides Danielle’s wonderful understanding and brilliant talent, it is clear after working with her she is passionate to do all she can to help her clients. She knows how to guide; remaining patient, welcoming, and ecstatic to see a person grow from their time with her.”

  • “Danielle has a way of just taking you there. I felt relaxed and safe. Danielle cares deeply; she listens completely when you share and gives sincere and thoughtful feedback. She is so knowledgeable and wise. The message to listen to your intuitive voice, to trust that inner guidance, and to also do the work. “

Therapeutic Modalities & Approaches

Our clinicians draw from multiple depth-oriented and experiential approaches because psychological healing, creative development, and relational change are not linear processes. Rather than applying a single method, we work flexibly and collaboratively, allowing the therapeutic process to emerge in response to each person’s inner life, history, and present circumstances.

  • Jungian Depth Approaches

A profound approach to understanding the human psyche. Grounded in depth psychology and psychodynamic traditions, this work attends to unconscious patterns, inner dynamics, and the symbolic dimensions of experience that shape meaning, identity, and long-term change.

  • Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a modality that helps us reframe the totality of our experience as individual parts which have specific roles in our psychological system. By coming to know these parts we can achieve increased capacity to heal internal conflicts and increase self-awareness.

  • Somatic & Embodied Approaches

Somatic practices support awareness of bodily experience and nervous-system regulation, allowing psychological material to be processed in a paced, embodied, and sustainable way. By attending to the effects of trauma held in the nervous system, this work supports greater internal safety, mind–body integration, and resilience.

  • Expressive & Creative Process

Expressive Arts Therapy is a therapeutic approach that engages various art forms—such as visual arts, music, dance, and drama—to facilitate self-expression and healing. Creative activities can help us process emotions and explore our inner world.
