Trauma-informed therapy is an approach that recognizes the pervasive impact trauma can have on an our mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It shifts the focus from asking “What’s wrong with you?” to “What happened to you and how did you adapt as a result?” From there trauma-informed therapy helps us understand relate to ourselves flexible and resilient so that we can continue to heal and change.

By addressing the root causes of trauma, as well as the transgenerational impact of it within family systems, we gain awareness, compassion, and transform.
