“There is so much that fills me: plants, animals, clouds, day and night, and the eternal in man. The more uncertain I have felt about myself, the more there has grown up in me a feeling of kinship with all things.

THE SOUL’S JOURNEY
-
My approach to spirituality in psychotherapy is influenced by an eclectic spiritual upbringing, which included Catholicism, Judaism, Hinduism, and Buddhist meditation practices. This exploration of the ephemeral shapes my perspective, allowing engagement with the ancient human experience and the complexities of our modern world through a mystical, philosophical, and alchemical lens.
In our sessions, spirituality is explored not just as a belief system, but as a living, breathing aspect of experience and an evolving dialogue with Self and the landscape surrounding us.Depth psychology, somatic work, and expressive art therapies offer vantage points to engage in meaning-making, existential dilemmas, and the intricate movement between mysticism and everyday life.
This work seeks to explore and honor the continuous, unfolding questions, reflecting an ongoing dialogue between the inner world and the outer realms.
