Our work begins by identifying the sources and triggers of anxiety, seeking to stabilize the immediate symptoms that impact daily life. Among other offerings, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), can be used initially as a tool to help challenge and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to anxiety, providing a more balanced perspective.
-
We delve into the emotional undercurrents that sustain anxiety, using a blend of therapeutic approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS). This exploration aims to understand and negotiate with various parts of the self that maintain anxious feelings, providing insights that are crucial for long-term management and healing.

Techniques from somatic experience help to alleviate symptoms resulting from past trauma and can help to decrease physical responses to anxiety. Simultaneously, expressive arts therapies can provide a creative outlet to process emotions and thoughts that cause us disease. This approach facilitates a deeper understanding of one's physical and emotional landscapes while fostering a more profound connection with oneself in moments when we are activated.

We focus on reinforcing coping strategies and resilience. By integrating learned skills and insights from therapy, including Depth, Somatic, CBT and IFS practices, clients are better equipped to handle anxious thoughts, feelings, or triggering situations, leading to a more easeful experience.
